When you submit a requirement, we collect the contact and business details you provide, including your name, email, company, product requirements, quantity, destination, and any optional project information. Please keep government identifiers, payment details, and confidential files out of the general inquiry form.
How an inquiry is used and stored
We use your information to review the requirement, assess whether it is suitable for our business, and communicate with you about the inquiry. Submitted requirements are stored in the website database using Cloudflare D1 and are not displayed publicly. A confirmation reference means the inquiry was saved. Automatic email delivery from this website is not currently configured.
Website preferences and technical information
The website stores your motion preference in your browser so the animation setting can be remembered. We do not run advertising analytics or place advertising cookies. Our hosting and access services may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website, such as network and device information.
Optional AI planning
The OpenAI planning service is not currently connected. The website does not send your inquiry to OpenAI. The ordinary requirements guide works without an AI provider. If an AI service is enabled, its information handling will be explained before you use it and this notice will be updated.
Access, retention, and deletion
We retain inquiry information for reviewing and following up on business requirements and meeting applicable recordkeeping needs. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion, email artindiastudio@gmail.com. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify the request and consider any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
