Products and requirements

Which industries can I inquire about?

The directory contains 22 industry categories and 198 illustrative product areas. You can also submit a custom requirement. Artindia excludes chemicals, weaponry, pharmaceuticals, and all of their related sub-industries. Each inquiry is reviewed for product fit and destination requirements.

Can I submit custom or private-label specifications?

Include the materials, dimensions, finishes, branding, packaging, and quantity you have in mind. Custom requirements can be submitted for review; specific production capabilities and commercial arrangements need separate confirmation.

Does a product listing mean it is in stock?

The industry directory provides examples to help you prepare an inquiry. It is not a live inventory. Availability, manufacturing suitability, minimum quantities, and pricing depend on the actual requirement.

Commercial terms and delivery

What are the minimum order quantities and lead times?

They depend on the product, specifications, quantity, and destination. Tell us your target quantity and timing so those details can be considered. A delivery target in an inquiry is not a confirmed delivery commitment.

How should I describe sample and documentation needs?

State whether you need a sample, which features you want to evaluate, and any testing or documentation requirements known to your business. Sample arrangements and the documents applicable to the project must be discussed and agreed.

Which destinations does Artindia serve?

In 2026, Artindia conducts import and export operations with nearly every country. A particular shipment remains subject to review of the product, destination, and transaction. Include the destination country and, when known, the city or port.

Company and inquiries

Where is Artindia based?

Artindia is a U.S.-based B2B business. Its manufacturing plants and warehouses are in India. ARTINDIA, LLC was registered in the United States in July 2025, following Artindia's 2021 B2B launch and the earlier Aarteez Collections business founded by Arti Rao in 2000.

Does submitting a requirement place an order?

No. It begins a business discussion. A saved submission reference confirms that the inquiry was recorded. Quotations, product suitability, commercial terms, and delivery arrangements require separate confirmation.

What should I include in my first inquiry?

Provide your company and contact information, a product description, key specifications, quantity with a unit, and the destination. Add timing, an indicative budget with currency, and a product reference link if useful. Keep sensitive personal information and confidential files out of the general form.

A USEFUL FIRST BRIEF

You can start with the details you know.

You do not need a finished purchasing document to begin. Be specific about your essential requirements, identify what is flexible, and flag any decisions that remain open.

A quick preparation checklist

  • Product description and intended use
  • Materials, dimensions, finish, and packaging needs
  • Quantity with a unit and any repeat requirement
  • Destination country, target timing, and reference links

A clear brief helps establish the next questions. It does not replace the project-specific review.
