OUR SERVICES
B2B sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and global trade.
Bring us a defined product requirement or an early purchasing brief. We review the product, specifications, quantity, and destination before discussing the appropriate next steps.

01 / PRODUCT SOURCING
Start with the product your business needs.
A useful sourcing inquiry connects a product description with its intended use, purchasing quantity, and destination.
Explore our industry directory or submit a custom requirement. We review the category and the details supplied, then identify the questions that need to be resolved before a commercial proposal can be considered.
What to include
- Product type, materials, dimensions, and essential features
- Quantity and unit, including any expected repeat requirement
- Destination, target timing, and reference links
The review establishes product fit, missing information, and whether to proceed with a more detailed discussion. Directory examples are not a live inventory.

02 / MANUFACTURING REQUIREMENTS
Define the specifications before production.
Artindia's manufacturing plants are located in India. Whether a particular product can be produced depends on its materials, construction, specifications, and order requirements. We review those details for the individual project.
Custom dimensions, finishes, branding, packaging, sample needs, and buyer documentation requirements should be raised at the beginning. A shared specification helps make the scope clear.

Prepare for a production discussion
- Materials, drawings or dimensions, and finish requirements
- Order quantity, tolerances, and intended product use
- Branding, packaging, sample, and documentation expectations
The review clarifies manufacturing fit and the specifications, sample arrangements, pricing, and timing that require agreement. Production starts only under the separately agreed project terms.
03 / WAREHOUSING REQUIREMENTS
Plan storage around the goods and the schedule.
Artindia's warehouses are in India. If storage forms part of your requirement, describe the goods, the expected volume, and the movement schedule so the appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
Product dimensions, packaging, handling needs, and the expected duration of storage affect the scope. Specialized conditions must be reviewed explicitly for the proposed goods.

Prepare for a warehousing discussion
- Product description, packaging format, dimensions, and weight
- Estimated volume and expected storage period
- Inbound timing, dispatch needs, and special handling details
The review identifies whether the requested arrangement is suitable. Storage availability, conditions, charges, and responsibilities require project-specific confirmation.
04 / IMPORT & EXPORT
Include the destination from the beginning.
Artindia conducts B2B import and export operations across global markets. Every requirement has its own product, origin, destination, documentation, and delivery considerations.
Share the delivery location and any existing freight or customs arrangements. The parties then need to establish their respective responsibilities and the commercial terms for the specific transaction.
Understand our operating model
Prepare for a trade discussion
- Product, quantity, origin if known, and destination
- Packaging, target timing, and documentation requirements
- Delivery preferences and any buyer-appointed trade partners
Product eligibility, route feasibility, responsibilities, and applicable requirements are reviewed before commitments are made. Costs and transit times require separate confirmation.
Business scope
We do not handle chemicals, weaponry, pharmaceuticals, or any of their related sub-industries. These exclusions apply to every service area and to custom requirements. Uncertain product classifications are reviewed individually.

Let’s do business
Send us your product or project requirements.
Tell us what you need, how much you need, and where it needs to go. A submission begins a business discussion; it is not an order commitment.
